How to read the Global Risk Consensus Index

The GRCI is a deterministic 0–100 public risk measurement. Six independently measured risk dimensions contribute to the headline state, with additional pressure when validated cross-domain convergence is present.

DeterministicThe published score is produced by programmed rules rather than an LLM judgement.
Six-dimensionalGeopolitical, natural-hazard, cyber, financial, maritime and biosecurity pressure remain visible separately.
Convergence-awareIndependent pressures can increase systemic risk when they converge across domains.
Permanent public recordEvery validated publication is preserved at a stable canonical URL.
